After more than 20 years at the forefront of renewables, we're experiencing unprecedented demand and need someone to help us make the most of every opportunity that comes our way.

This opportunity is for you if you're an experienced commercial solar bid professional that thrives on managing complex sales processes and wants to work in an environment where your expertise genuinely shapes outcomes.

You'll work directly with our MD (Paul Clark) and the Business Development team to manage our growing pipeline of commercial solar enquiries. Paul is one of the most experienced and respected figures in the industry, so you'll benefit from his knowledge, while having direct influence on how we approach and win new business.

We focus on commercial and industrial rooftop projects ranging from 100kW to 2MW, with our own in-house design and project delivery teams as well as a growing solar servicing and maintenance business. You'll be responsible for triaging incoming enquiries, identifying the most promising opportunities, and managing the complete bid process from initial assessment through to successful handover to the project delivery team.

About you

* Experienced commercial solar bid manager or proposal professional with strong knowledge of the UK market, funding routes (including power purchase agreements, asset finance, and government incentives), planning constraints, and regulatory requirements.

* Strong commercial acumen. Able to quickly assess opportunity viability, and focus resources on the most promising prospects.

* Process-focused but adaptable. You can create efficient bid workflows while remaining flexible enough to handle the unique requirements of each opportunity.

* Relationship builder. Comfortable liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to gather information and drive deals forward.

* Results-driven. Looking for a role where your bid management expertise directly contributes to business growth and success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
