Overview
Primarily responsible for supporting and developing the BEAS Manufacturing module—covering Item Master Data, Bills of Materials, Routings, MRP, and Capacity Planning—and supporting associated functions such as Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC. The role mainly supports BEAS operations in India but also contributes to UK BEAS environment support to ensure consistent processes across all Peak locations. Additionally, the position provides secondary SAP Business One (SAP B1) support and helps maintain alignment between BEAS and the broader SAP B1 ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities
Application Support (SAP B1 / BEAS)
* Provide 2nd/3rd‑line support for SAP B1 and BEAS in line with SLAs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; escalates when necessary.
* Set up and configure user access and permissions.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Data & Reporting
* Create and maintain Crystal Reports, layouts, and SQL queries.
* Support SAP DTW and BEAS DIH templates and data import routines.
* Monitor and resolve data integration and replication issues.
Change, Upgrades & Projects
* Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests via the service desk.
* Support SAP B1 and BEAS upgrades following established change control processes.
* Support UAT and regression testing for new features, fixes, and upgrades.
* Contribute to global SAP B1 migration activities.
Automation & Workflow
* Assist with codeless BPA workflows and other automation tasks.
Collaboration & Governance
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system usage.
* Align support activities with the SAP roadmap and enhancement pipeline.
* Document procedures and maintain an updated knowledge base.
Experience
* 5+ years’ experience supporting SAP Business One.
* 3+ years’ experience supporting Boyum BEAS Manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of operational processes in production, warehouse, engineering, or manufacturing environments.

* SQL
* SAP B1 Certification (or equivalent experience)

* Codeless BPA (Desirable)
