Job Title: Plasterer Multi

Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Wet Trades) to work across occupied domestic properties. This is a customer-facing role, so a professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plastering works (patching, repairs, and small areas)
2. Minor painting and decorating tasks
3. Small tiling repairs
4. Damp and moisture-related repairs
5. Carrying out works safely and respectfully in occupied homes
6. Providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
7. Proven experience working in residential / domestic properties
8. Experience working in occupied homes
9. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification (e.g. Plastering, Tiling, or Painting & Decorating)
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Strong communication and social skills
12. Good customer service and a professional manner
