Principal Electrical Engineer
Hybrid (3 days in the office) £65,000 - £78,000 Industry/Sector: Building Services – Data Centres As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with a world leading MEP Consultancy specialising in hyperscale data centre projects. The Principal Electrical Engineer is a key part of the business offering an exceptional mix of hands on technical responsibility with client facing and commercial activities.
Principal Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading and running projects and working in a client facing position Ensuring engineering calculations and drawings produced by team members meet expected standards Specify controls, instruments and operating systems for building engineering services Carry out surveys, tests and dilapidation reports on electrical installations As a Principal Electrical Engineer you will mentor and train junior team members Principal Electrical Engineer Skills and Experience:
Degree education in a relevant engineering discipline CEng or working towards the status Strong experience in specification design for mission critical buildings Strong knowledge of UK Building Services regulations Working knowledge of Data Centre design Benefits
