Overview
Solicitors practice based in Lewes seeks a Private Client lawyer to oversee an existing caseload on a part‑time basis (working 2-3 days per week).
Responsibilities
* Take over an existing caseload of Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, Wills and Elderly Client matters without supervision.
* Manage the caseload independently and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
* Possibility to develop the role further into a full‑time position if desired.
* Operate within the office hours Monday to Friday (9am‑5pm) with flexible working arrangements.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or lawyer with experience in Private Client matters.
* Comfortable managing a caseload independently.
* Experience in probate, estate planning, LPAs, wills and elderly client matters is desirable.
