Job Description
3. Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and services to customers.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
5. Supervise and support pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer care.
6. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain availability of products.
7. Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide counselling on medication use.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry regulations.
9. Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the local community.
10. Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
11. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
12. A recognised qualification in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
13. Experience in retail pharmacy or a similar healthcare setting.
14. Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
15. A meticulous approach to detail and commitment to patient safety.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
