The role will suit a candidate who is nearing or recently Chartered and enjoys managing projects, directing and supervising other designers and drafters as required, dealing with clients and architect as well as hands on design. Projects range from high rise schemes, high end residential buildings schemes, mixed use developments, international schemes, hotels and leisure and bespoke commissions.
