Key Responsibilities as Gas Engineer:
* Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial works, and reactive repairs across a variety of commercial and domestic systems.
* Lead and support installation projects, including heating systems and domestic water services.
* Perform advanced fault-finding to diagnose system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for necessary rectifications.
* Utilise the live reporting system to manage workflows, ensuring all jobs are logged, updated, and completed within the agreed Contract SLA.
* Monitor the condition of site plant equipment, submitting "Life Expired" reports and proactive recommendations for plant upgrades or replacements.
* Participate in a 1-in-4-week emergency call-out rota, providing reactive cover for faults during evenings and weekends.
