What is the role?
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns for Car Parks & Commercial Products. You'll take ownership of a £5M annual paid media budget, driving performance across multiple channels and markets.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll optimise campaigns, innovate bidding strategies, and deliver measurable ROI.
What will you do?
1. Manage and optimise a £5M+ annual paid media budget to deliver ROI and growth targets.
2. Plan, build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Metaand emerging platforms.
3. Expand into multi-channel acquisition including affiliate, display and programmatic.
4. Lead A/B testing for ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages to maximise performance.
5. Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and deliver actionable insights.
6. Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition Manager, Marketingand Data Science team to align campaigns with broader acquisitiongoals.
8. Explore new tools, technologies, and channels to keep our paid media strategy ahead of the curve.
Do you have what we're looking for?
9. Degree educated in a quantitative discipline
10. Demonstratable strong knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and Bing Ads, including automated bidding strategies.
11. Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets (£5M+).
12. Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and ideally affiliate/programmatic channels.
13. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation.
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. Experience in the travel sector is desirable.
16. Experience in AB testing, ad copy optimisation and landing page performance.
17. Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
18. Knowledge of platform policies, GDPR and brand safety standards.
