As a National Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:

Proven experience in leading large, high-performing external sales teams in multi-branch, multi-channel environments.
* Power cable & accessories market experience is essential.
* Commercially astute with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, gross margin, and market dynamics.
* Skilled in CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
