Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion from 1st January 2026 (can be negotiated). Sir William Stanier School is part of The Learning Partnership Academies Trust, transforming communities through education. The Learning Partnership Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust consisting of fifteen schools (9 Primary and 6 Secondary) based across east Cheshire and north Staffordshire.
We require an enthusiastic and passionate individual with experience at leadership level, who is knowledgeable about inclusion, inspirational and dynamic, with the vision and commitment to contribute to the vibrant Leadership Team of our school. You will have specific responsibility for the advancement and management of SEND, PP, EAL, disadvantaged learners and improving adaptive classroom practice.
Our school has entered a period of transformation and change, and you would be entering at an exciting time when you will be able to have a significant impact on that journey. In a key leadership role, you would be central to improving the progress of our disadvantaged and vulnerable students to transform the lives of young people in our community.
