About The Role
Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Coach to join the Sports & Activities Department.

Working at Butlin’s as part of our Sports team means being part of a big-hearted group responsible for making our guests' holidays more fun and entertaining.
Typical hours are a minimum of 24 per week, with additional hours during school holidays, across five days out of seven, with shifts from 8:30 am to 9 pm. Responsibilities include running sessions like pottery painting, football, archery, mini golf, and booking sessions in our Leisure Hub.
You need to be aged 18 or over. This role is fixed-term until September 2025.

About You
We seek someone who enjoys teamwork, is confident talking to guests, and thrives in a busy environment. A positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach are essential, along with a passion for delivering excellent service and exceeding guest expectations.
Preferred qualifications include FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA, and High Ropes certifications; however, full training can be provided for candidates with a creative, outgoing personality, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills, along with an interest in sports coaching.
Being a team player and enjoying a lively environment is crucial. Flexibility to try new activities and engage with diverse guests is important, as no two days are the same.
