A skilled Contracts Engineer is required to oversee the coordination and execution of technical building services projects. This role involves managing contracts, ensuring resource optimisation, maintaining quality standards, and leading on-site activities through to project close-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and technical skills, with experience in complex environments such as data centres or commercial fit-outs.
