We are currently seeking a German‑speaking Inbound Call Centre Advisor for a 6‑week temporary booking. This role will support an inbound campaign, handling calls from shareholders who are enquiring about shareholder facilities and related services. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from German‑speaking shareholders in a professional and efficient manner Respond to queries relating to shareholder facilities and general account information Provide accurate information while maintaining high levels of customer service Escalate queries where required in line with internal procedures Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems Ensure all calls are handled in line with compliance and data protection requirements Skills & Experience Required Fluent German speaker (spoken and written) Previous inbound call centre or customer service experience Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 6‑week booking Working Hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
