What You’ll Be Doing: Championing Customer Voices: Be the first point of contact for complaints and feedback, ensuring every customer feels heard, respected, and supported with empathy and professionalism. Managing a Dynamic Workload: No two days—or complaints—are the same. You’ll help triage and allocate complaints within the team and wider business. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain accurate records, monitor compliance, and provide thoughtful aftercare and resolution. Connecting with Stakeholders: Liaise with customers, colleagues, and the Housing Ombudsman Service to ensure transparency and resolution every step of the way. We’d Love to Meet Someone Who: Communicates clearly and calmly, with a compassionate approach. Thrives on variety and can juggle multiple priorities. Is a team player committed to learning and continuous improvement. May have experience in customer service or complaints handling—but enthusiasm and values matter most. Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
