HMH based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire are looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.
Primary tasks will include:
Responsibilities:
Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
Providing support with visa applications
Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses etc
Ideally, you will:
be familiar with SAP4Hana, or other SAP modules
be flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities
be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
be approachable and helpful
be proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
