Commercial Sales Representative – Kiteworks
We’re looking for a Partner‑first Commercial Sales Representative to accelerate our growth in the UK market. You’ll sell through an established network of channel partners and resellers, build new partnerships from scratch together with our regional Channel Manager, and focus on driving net new business, expanding customer relationships, and hitting ambitious targets.
This role is ideal for a hunter with a strong track record in cybersecurity or SaaS, someone who thrives in fast‑moving, evolving environments where initiative and ownership are valued more than process rigidity. You’ll have the autonomy to execute, backed by leadership that measures performance by results — not micromanagement.
You’ll sell a platform solution with multiple security products and use cases, engaging directly with CIOs, CISOs, IT, and line‑of‑business leaders. It’s a sales‑driven culture where product security comes first; collaboration runs deep, and wins are shared.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales (cybersecurity strongly preferred).
* Proven ability to sell to C‑level, Director, and VP‑level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated success in partner‑based selling, leveraging channel relationships to drive revenue.
* Strong grasp of Third‑Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, File Transfer, Network Security, or Compliance.
* Emotionally intelligent, competitive, and resilient.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and not a role for those who wait for instruction.
* Willingness to travel frequently for key customer and partner meetings.
Job Responsibilities
* Execute sales strategies into targeted UK+I accounts (250–1000 employees).
* Drive new business through close collaboration with channel partners and resellers.
* Work alongside partner account managers to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
* Conduct direct prospecting and outreach where needed — especially in commercial segments.
* Lead presentations and demos for customers, partners, and at key industry events.
* Expand existing customer relationships through upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
* Consistently meet or exceed pipeline, activity, and revenue goals.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline discipline in Salesforce.
* Provide concise activity reports and insights to sales leadership.
* Frequent on‑site visits and meetings with partners, resellers, prospects and customers.
