Woodrose Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Ground Worker to join our dedicated team, specialising in hard landscaping projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out all aspects of ground working, including preparation, foundations, drainage, and hard landscaping.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while supporting and taking the lead when required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to lay slabs, concrete, timber/ fence work, proficient in using hand held tools. Ability to use a laser would be desirable.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ground working and hard landscaping.
• Full, clean UK driving licence. Trailer licence would be advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, excellent timekeeping, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have own transport to get to yard to pick up work van.
