We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. Responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do:
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
