Employment Solicitor - Newly Qualified
Location: Kent
A well established, multi office law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment team.
Working closely with a recognised leader in the field, this role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious and non contentious employment matters, along with excellent training and long term development.
The Role Advising employer clients on both contentious and non contentious employment matters Assisting with and running employment tribunal claims Drafting contracts of employment, policies and settlement agreements Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high value matters Developing strong client relationships from an early stage
Candidate Requirements NQ - 2 years PQE with experience in Employment law Strong academic background and technical foundations Excellent communication and organisational skills Genuine interest in developing a career in employment law
