Job Description
Our client, an International Investment Bank is looking to add a Senior Leveraged finance lawyer to their small legal team in London. The role will be supporting the Leveraged Finance desk on a mix of origination and execution of a broad range of debt finance transactions including acquisition finance, unitranche deals, high yield bonds and others.
This will be the lead Lev fin lawyer within the team and therefore ideally looking for someone with solid Leveraged finance experience from a leading law firm or another in-house institution with a minimum of 8 PQE. England & Wales qualification is a pre-requisite for the role.
It is a very commercial role working in a small team and closely with the business.
