Wealth Planning Leadership Opportunity
Job Summary
The Head of Wealth Planning will lead the strategic direction, development, and delivery of comprehensive wealth planning services for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This role is responsible for managing a team of wealth planners and collaborating with relationship managers, investment advisors, and legal/tax professionals to provide holistic solutions that align with clients' long-term goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to the marketing and communication initiatives of the Wealth Planning team, exchange technical information with wealth planners, and ensure the UK technical expertise within the team remains excellent.
* As a member of the UK Region Executive Committee, provide input and insights that support the delivery of a coherent and focused wealth planning strategy aligned with the Bank and UK Region's growth objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of wealth planners, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
* Contribute to the commercial success of Private Bankers by assisting and supporting prospects and existing client relationships with value-added and personalized wealth planning strategies and solutions.
* Represent Lombard Odier as a speaker at events on wealth planning subjects.
* Provide private clients with guidance and information in relation to UK tax and legal matters in the context of their holistic wealth planning requirements.
