Key Responsibilities:
10. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for solicitor and property broker calls
11. Record and share minutes from team meetings and project updates (internal and external)
12. Maintain and update the property database with landlord, park management, and rent details
13. Manage day-to-day showroom issues and escalate as needed
14. Liaise with park management and landlords to resolve property-related concerns
15. Create and distribute drawing issue packs and accompanying issue sheets
16. Keep project folders updated and organized
17. File all project and property documentation accurately
18. Raise and issue purchase orders following approval
19. Carry out general administrative tasks as required
