We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class Teacher to join our friendly and highly committed staff team to cover a period of Maternity Leave. Having recently had an Ofsted inspection, we are a thriving school which is determined to support our children and community to flourish. We are keen to hear from applicants at any stage of their career and are interested in a range of subject specialisms although experience in leading, passion for or expertise in core subjects, humanities, MFL or Music would be an advantage.

Our school serves a diverse catchment including pupils with a high percentage EAL and pupils from under resourced backgrounds. At St Peter’s Primary there is a real sense of community between the school, the surrounding area and St Peters Church. A strength of our school is its size: we are a small school with currently 162 children on roll, including a nursery.
