Join Devon’s Employment and Youth Hub Team – Supporting the Connect to Work Service
Are you passionate about helping people into employment, education, or training? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team delivering a new and exciting service across Devon?
The Employment and Skills team is seeking to recruit a support, advice and guidance professional to deliver the roll out of an expanded Employment and Youth Hub programme which will meet the needs of the new Connect to Work service in Devon.
We are now recruiting an Employment Hub Advisor to provide tailored, one-to-one support to residents in the North Devon and Torridge area.
You will
* Work directly with individuals to identify their strengths, aspirations, and support needs.
* Help clients access training, education, and secure employment opportunities.
* Collaborate with local partners and services to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive hub environment.
You will report to the Employment and Youth Hub Coordinator and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to inclusive economic growth.
Location and Hours
North Devon and Torridge 0.6 FTE
