Panel Beater / Panel Technician – Oswestry
Salary: £38,000 basic + bonus | Uncapped OTE £44,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A leading Accident Repair Group is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join their busy bodyshop in Oswestry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with a supportive and growing team culture.
The successful Panel Beater will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and consistently deliver high-quality automotive panel workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete allocated panel work as per job card, requesting parts and signing off upon completion.
2. Maintain a high rate of productivity and quality standards.
3. Use JIG systems and other bodyshop tools effectively.
4. Work independently while collaborating with the wider team as needed.
5. Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician.
7. Skilled in automotive panel repairs and using bodyshop tools including JIG systems.
8. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy workshop.
9. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
10. Positive, proactive approach and team player mentality.
Benefits:
