We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Digital team at Harrods. This role will sit within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team, led by the Senior Loyalty & CRM Insights Manager.
About The Role
As the Insights Analyst, you will use your creativity and initiative to help internal clients bring customer insight and relevance to their communications and promotions. You will aim to understand what we can learn about the customer through analysis and evaluation. This role will sit within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team, led by the Senior Loyalty & CRM Insights Manager.
You will:
1. Work with stakeholders across CRM and Loyalty to support reporting, campaign planning, and suggest improvements for current campaigns.
2. Bring project work together and develop new analytical approaches for our campaigns.
3. Determine short-term performance, track KPIs, manage longer-term projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Measure impact using control groups, A/B tests, and explain uplift where possible.
About You
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and preferably experience with Google Analytics. A background in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or Marketing is desirable. You should be able to translate complex analysis into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also:
1. Have stakeholder management skills.
2. Experience working with customer or consumer data.
3. Some understanding of targeted and personalized Loyalty and/or CRM activity/marketing.
4. Keen attention to detail.
5. Passion for utilizing data.
