Car Sales Executive Required for Car Dealership - Bromley
1. Pay: £24k Basic - £50k Realistic uncapped OTE
2. Hours: 5 days a week over Monday - Saturday - no Sundays

3. Competitive basic salary of £24,000 depending on experience and targets
4. Performance-based OTE between £40,000 and £60,000

Duties:
9. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner, understanding their vehicle needs
10. Guide customers through the sales process, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
11. Proactively generate leads through various channels to maximise sales opportunities
12. Negotiate and close sales confidently to meet and exceed targets
13. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
14. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range and current offers
Requirments:
15. Previous experience in car sales or similar sales roles is beneficial but not essential
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Strong negotiation and closing abilities
18. Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and meet customer needs
19. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
20. Full UK driving licence
