We are seeking a Multi-Site Senior Account Manager to lead the on-site delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) across a minimum of two and a maximum of four sites. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Manage the delivery of operational KPIs and ensure the smooth running of multiple on-site contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as the escalation point for any issues. Ensure all Management Information (MI) reports and KPIs are prepared accurately and on time for weekly client reviews. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your on-site teams to deliver on KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
