Catering Services

About the role
This is your opportunity to join our customer-focused team as the Council seeks to improve the health and wellbeing of Bury’s younger generation. You’ll receive full training and have opportunities to develop further within the service, including a range of apprenticeships.
We are seeking candidates with some catering experience to be part of a team providing friendly and efficient catering services to children at various schools. Responsibilities include food service, setting up and clearing dining areas, washing up, and cleaning duties. There may also be opportunities for simple food preparation and operating a cashless till system.
We have several term-time positions available. Please specify in your application how many hours you can work and your preferred location. Note that depending on service coverage, you may need to work at different locations. You will also be required to work two cleaning days in August.
