Overview

Business Development Manager - Construction and Industrial role at Zotefoams. We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven leader to grow across our Construction and wider Industrial market segments.


Role Responsibilities

* Own and drive a business development strategy aligned to global growth objectives.
* Build a strong, sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities in target markets.
* Develop new customer relationships and grow presence in underdeveloped territories.
* Position Zotefoams as an engineered solutions partner, offering bespoke support.


Market Engagement & Innovation

* Identify customer needs and collaborate with technical teams on tailored solutions.
* Present proposals with clear ROI and influence design and process choices.
* Monitor market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity.
* Contribute to product development and improvements that support commercial growth.


Collaboration & Sales Enablement

* Work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts.
* Support marketing initiatives and help shape the go-to-market approach.
* Provide insights and reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, and progress.


Qualifications / Experience

* Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a commercial or technical environment.
* Proven track record in business development, ideally in manufacturing or industrial markets.
* Demonstrated success in pipeline development and sales conversion.
* Confident working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and technical teams.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
