Job Description
We are seeking a driven and motivated Conference and Events Manager to join a well-established company in Leicester. This operational role is vital for ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance and health and safety, leading a small team, and delivering high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure facilities comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Carry out risk assessments regularly.
3. Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
4. Train staff on protocols and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
5. Provide excellent customer service to visitors.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
2. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. Flexible approach to tasks.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
