Field Service Engineer - Pumps (Mechanical / Electrical) Regional Travel (Southwest) £40,000-£43,000 Overtime Van Benefits We're working with a well-established engineering business that specialises in the service, repair, and installation of industrial pump systems across a wide range of sectors including water treatment, manufacturing, and utilities. They are now looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer (Pumps) to their growing team. The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of various pump systems on customer sites. You'll work both independently and as part of a wider engineering support team, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum and equipment is running efficiently. Typical duties include: Servicing and repairing centrifugal, submersible, and positive displacement pumps Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on-site Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Installing and commissioning new pump systems Providing technical support and advice to customers Completing accurate service reports and documentation About You We're looking for someone with a strong engineering background and proven experience in field-based work.
