Lead Generator - Energy
Salary: £35 - £45K base DOE + Commission £45 - £60K
Location: Jarrow
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (with potential 1pm early finish as an incentive)

As a Lead Generator you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new business prospects for the company's energy consultancy services. This role supports the wider sales team by creating a strong pipeline of potential clients, helping businesses reduce their energy costs and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads by contacting businesses via phone and other outreach methods.
Qualify leads by understanding their energy usage, needs, and suitability for the company services.
Develop relationships with prospective clients and hand over warm leads to the sales/energy consultant team.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity within internal systems/CRM.
Meet and exceed lead-generation targets in a fast‑paced environment.
About You (Candidate Profile)
Experience in Energy sector B2B lead generation or sales
Confident, resilient, and comfortable speaking with businesses by phone.
Ambitious, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
Able to quickly build rapport and maintain a professional tone.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work towards KPIs and handle rejection professionally.
