Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination, communication, and organisation. This role involves managing a range of administrative duties. Duties: Provide general administrative support to departments as required. Prepare and distribute internal communications and updates. Assist in the preparation and management of documentation, letters, and reports. Coordinate company events, meetings, and scheduled activities. Maintain accurate records, logs, and data reports. Support onboarding and induction processes Key Skills: Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
