New Business & Major Accounts Manager | Managed IT, Connectivity, Cyber & Cloud Solutions
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
Compensation: £40-50k + double OTE (uncapped) + full benefits package
A well-established Technology Solutions provider is seeking a driven and commercially minded New Business Account Manager to support their growth across core service pillars—including Managed IT, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Connectivity.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups
* Manage and expand a base of existing customer accounts with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling
* Collaborate with internal solution architects and technical experts to craft bespoke proposals
* Develop and present tailored IT service offerings based on client needs and challenges
* Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce / NetSuite)
* Support the wider sales strategy with event planning, campaign execution, and pipeline development
* Deliver consistent performance against KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in B2B sales—ideally within Managed IT Services, Modern Workplace, Cloud and Infrastructure solutions
* Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust and rapport
* Commercially aware and target-oriented with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable balancing both new business generation and account retention responsibilities
* Experience working with sales tools and CRMs (Salesforce or NetSuite preferred)
* Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
