New Victoria Hospital are looking for a Imaging Patient Service Advisor who will be responsible for providing a high quality administrative and bookings services to the Radiology Department.
This role requires you to take part in the development and delivery of a high quality, cost effective Imaging department service. Providing an effective and professional Administration service to all patients, visitors, consultants. medical secretaries and GPs. To ensure they are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently, paying particular attention to the principles of customer care in order to provide a service of the highest possible standard.
This role also involves registering patients on arrival, obtaining and processing billing information, providing all relevant medical instructions for the patient's appointment including completing any medical questionnaires and preparations that may be necessary. You will be responsible for providing an effective and professional patient booking service for all Imaging users. This service will be provided in person and via telephone and electronic communication methods.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive, highly motivated and able to work under pressure. The role requires you to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the opening hours of the Imaging Department, which are Monday to Friday 07:30am - 20:00 and Saturdays 08:00am - 16:00.

Knowledge:
