Vacancy Description
* Facilities Technician will carry out fault finding activities and undertake timely repair of equipment
* Prepare technical reports to analyse breakdown cause and recommend counter-measures
* Support specialist service providers and statutory inspection protocols.
* Work with Electrical power installations
* Building fabrication maintenance and services
* Maintenance of site access systems such as vehicle barriers, pedestrian gates and turnstiles
* Trained in mechanical handling equipment such as FLT, P60 and MEWP
* Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities on site infrastructure & systems
