This fab Leeds based agency is growing fast, and are producing standout work across brand, experiential, retail spatial, and content design - and we’re on the lookout for our next creative powerhouse.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative to produce engaging, concept-led retail campaigns for some of the biggest names in sports, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
What you’ll do:
Design and develop creative campaigns - pushing boundaries while staying true to the brand
Collaborate with the Creative Director and wider teams to champion creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking across retail spatial design
Create standout retail campaigns and immersive consumer experiences including in-store, pop-ups and live events
Lead, inspire mentor and support a high-performing creative team
What we’re looking for:
A big-idea thinker who can visualise in the 3D space and bring concepts to life
Hands-on with execution from initial sketches to final implementation
A confident communicator who has experience leading teams and nurturing creative talent
Someone who brings purpose, sustainability, and storytelling into every campaign
A portfolio packed with big brand fashion, sport, or outdoor work - including experiential and retail
Agency experience is essential – especially in retail and experiential design.
