Now, we’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team in Belfast.
About the Role
As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead multiple agile engineering teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that aligns with business goals. You’ll work closely with Product, Architecture, and wider Tech teams to drive performance, resource planning, and operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Belfast tech hub, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture that delivers products used by millions around the globe.
What You’ll Do
* Lead multiple high performing Agile teams delivering scalable production software
* Coach, develop, and grow your team, building capability and culture
* Collaborate with peers across Engineering, Product, and the business to deliver the roadmap
* Manage resourcing, capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement
* Champion best practices in software engineering and operational support
What You’ll Bring
* 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in technical team leadership
* Proven experience managing agile engineering teams
* Strong experience with mobile and web technologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
