Recruitment Consultant - Projects and Change (Perm)
Location: Birmingham, England (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Lead and grow the future of Projects & Change perm recruitment across the UK & Ireland.

As part of our continued growth, our Birmingham office is expanding, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our UKI Tech Specialisms practice, specialising in Projects, Transformation, PMO, Business Analysis, and Change within the Perm market. You’ll inherit a warm desk and play a pivotal role in scaling this high‑demand market across the UK & Ireland.
What you will be doing?
You’ll join a passionate, high‑performing team in our Birmingham city centre office, owning and growing the Projects & Change perm market.
* Build on a warm perm desk with existing clients and live BA/PM/Change requirements
* Lead new business development across the UK & Ireland, establishing yourself as a specialist in Projects & Change
* Partner with organisations delivering transformation programmes, regulatory change, digital initiatives, operating model redesign and enterprise‑wide change
* Manage fast‑paced specialist delivery while nurturing long‑term client and candidate relationships
* Collaborate with our network of specialist consultants to maximise delivery capability and market reach
* Play a key role in the growth of the Birmingham team—supporting, mentoring and contributing to the practice’s long‑term strategy
Who are you?
* A proven track record in Projects, Transformation, or Change perm recruitment
* Strong billing performance and a commercially driven mindset
* Confident in winning new business and developing long‑term partnerships
* Able to thrive in a fast‑moving perm environment with high delivery expectations
* Collaborative, ambitious and motivated to build and scale a specialist market
* Passionate about recruitment and delivering a relationship‑led service
