They are a leading brand in the security systems industry therefore, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our growing and exciting team. The role is available due to growth and therefore the individual who is successful in securing the role will have accesses to great progression routes through both organic growth, and development into other areas of the business. You will be joining a highly stable and experienced management team who have diversified the business consistently to ensure business growth organically especially over the last decade. The business forecasts a great growth year for 24/25 and therefore they will be looking to appoint a person who is an experienced administrator who can develop with the business and who embraces positive growth and development in all areas of the business. The ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competences: Responsibility Record incoming service support calls via phone and email in the system. Collaborate with the team to schedule engineers service visits for our clients. Communicate with Service Provider to coordinate service calls. Place orders for spare parts needed for call-backs and ensure timely delivery to the site. Coordinate preventative maintenance visits with clients and engineers. Generate completion paperwork for preventative measures visits addressing any follow up calls and remedial works. Log invoices for completed calls and collaborate with the sales team to provide applicable service work quotes. Provide weekly updates on outstanding service calls to major clients. Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking service advise or technical assistance over the phone or by email. Be familiar with our varied client base and work in line with all service desk policies, processes and services. Follow-up and update client / ticket status and information to completion. Determine the best escalation route based on the issue and details provided by clients, accurately recoding the information on tickets. Be required to complete user account administration requests within Office 365. Take details of any problems, service requirements, feedback or suggestions from clients even if they fall outside of your remit then escalate these appropriately to the relevant team. Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedure. Communication with clients. Offer customers accurate lead time estimates. Collaborating with internal departments. Log Helpdesk Functions. Prepare reports. Updating tickets for additional allocation of work. Essential Ability to use own initiative and abide by processes and procedures.
