The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Renewable Trade Specialist with experience in PPAs, EACs, and renewable energy markets. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with sellers (developers, generators, aggregators), managing tenders through the platform, and supporting high-impact transactions across Europe and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with renewable energy sellers and generators
* Run and manage PPA and EAC tenders on the Renewabl platform
* Support buyer-seller interactions and help structure simple, transparent transactions
* Monitor and report on market prices, trends, and regulatory changes
* Gather feedback from sellers to continuously improve platform usability and value
* Work closely with the Markets & Client Success teams to ensure smooth cross-functional delivery
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years’ experience in renewable energy, ideally with a focus on PPAs, EACs, or energy trading
* Familiarity with European energy markets and basic contract structuring
* Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
* Ability to translate market complexity into actionable insights for sellers and buyers
* A collaborative approach and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
* Fluency in English (Spanish, German or French a plus)
Nice to Have
* Experience working at a utility, corporate energy buyer, platform, or renewable energy developer
* Understanding of hourly matching or carbon accounting frameworks (e.g., CFE score, GHG Protocol)

Compensation
* Base salary: £55,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
* Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
