The role | Te tūnga
This role is fixed-term part-time based in Auckland or Christchurch. Reporting to the Team Leader - Data & Logistics. In your role as Data and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting logistics for surveys within Collection Operations.
This includes engaging closely with third party vendors/suppliers to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of logistical needs. You will also support case management and help ensure effective service delivery is provided by the team.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
* 2 plus years' experience working in service delivery and/or logistics environment or similar field.
* Experience with using Salesforce
* Attention to detail and high-quality output
* Digital and technical literacy, with good Microsoft Excel skills
* Managing and processing large volumes of data across multiple systems
* Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
* Defining and documenting processes
* Highly committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards
* Have a passion for innovation, troubleshooting and process improvements
* Ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve our outcomes
* Written and oral communication skills suitable for a varied audience in a corporate setting.
* Examples where you've demonstrated, encouraged, or supported diversity and inclusion in or outside of work.
* Knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori, and engagement with local Iwi
