Corporate Secretarial Executive
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage multiple corporate secretarial clients’ portfolios including public listed companies.
* Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
* Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents and ensure clients’ compliance with government authorities and statutory requirements.
* Manage the smooth operations of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for clients’ companies.
* Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
* Perform customers’ due diligence as required.
Job Requirements
* Diploma in any field with min. 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial managerial experience
* Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office
