Analyst, part qual, finalist, qualified accountant, FP&A
The role of Senior Finance Analyst is hybrid with the requirement to be on site in Reading for 3 days a week.Duties will include:-
* Preparation of the annual business plan and monthly forecasts, by liaising with the relevant departments to deliver SG&A information.
1. Business partner to HR & Marketing
2. Support the FP&A team to assist consolidation on monthly forecast/flash & commentary.
3. Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary.
4. Delivery of rolling forecast and budget
5. Support to FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries.
6. Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.
Qualifications required:-
7. Bachelors degree (BAcc, BAE, BFin, BEcon)
8. Must possess 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international companies and manufacturing environment.
9. Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, can participate or lead meetings in English.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language.
12. Ability to work constructively at all organisational levels, from plant operators to senior executives.
