JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE With Hybrid and flexible working offered Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Junior Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As Junior Account Executive, you will be pivotal in ensuring the free-flowing of information between teams. This will support the Sales Team to sell accurately, support Ad Operations Team to ensure campaigns are set up for success and support the Channel Management Team to maximise how much inventory supply is available based on the sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity to act as the middle person to communicate all current campaigns to clients, ensuring all accounts are up to date with all relevant info on our network/campaigns statues. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that encourages and values all voices - Everyone is welcome HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME Responsible for the smooth and professional management of all live campaigns once sold by sales team Assist sales team on all active and proactive briefs Be the main point of contact for these three revenue sources: agencies, resellers and network partners Work with operations team to supply inventory availability Build proactive opportunities to assist sales team Network expert - Be the Little Dot Studios oracle that we go to for help Quality control - ensuring the work that is being sent to clients is on brand, professional and accurate. This including brief responses, Post campaign Analysis and insight overviews Build & execute market collateral including: One-pager, in-market/affinity audiences Educate sales team by unearthing gems within our network - i.e Dan Snow inventory is perfect for Ancestry.com and more Helping us to create stories about our network outside of just numbers. Building media plans for UK & EMEA markets, and suggesting channels for briefs using contextual targeting and programme knowledge. Strong Relationship building with clients, leading to rebookings. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. A knowledge of the digital market Competent ability to use Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Personable and professional - Have a consultative approach, we are looking for people that can create long term partnerships with brands through media agencies. You’re well-organised with a high level of attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving skills and confidence to interrogate - You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
