Location: Cardiff Hybrid - 2 days a week in the Cardiff office and travel to London 2 days a month

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident QRM Admin Assistant to join our Quality and Risk Management Team. You will have experience of coordinating meetings, minute taking, documentation and liaising with senior stakeholders (C-suite/partner level). Experience in a fast paced, matrix style organisation or in a Financial Services/Professional Services is essential.
Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to
* Co-ordinate QRM meetings, a crucial part of our firm's governance.
* Collaborate with project leaders and their Executive Assistants to ensure optimal participation.
