Program Overview
The Platform Associate position begins with a rotational development program which is designed for ambitious, adaptable professionals seeking to accelerate in their career. Rotation Structure
* At least three rotations across key departments over a two‑year period
* Each rotation lasting a minimum of six months
* Opportunities to contribute to high‑impact projects
* Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision‑making
Each rotation is designed to build toward increasing responsibility, scope, and knowledge, supporting your progression and advancement within the business on completion.
Qualifications
* At least two years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in financial services
* Able to demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
* Strong customer service skills
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Able to drive your own learning and development
* Adopt a continuous improvement and innovative approach
* Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as being a team player
* Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and able to work independently
* Willing to work flexibly with a mixture of remote, and presence in office at least twice a week
* Motivated to build a long‑term career in financial services
