Responsibilities
- Run a varied caseload including sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, Deeds of Easements, transfers of equity, and sales of property.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client‑service ethic.
- Assist the team’s proactive approach to business development and build your own reputation in the market.
Qualifications
- 3PQE+ residential property solicitor or conveyancer.
- In‑depth understanding of residential property work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
- Passion for business development and a willingness to develop a reputation in the marketplace.
